        • All of Art&Craft orders are shipped from Art&Craft's warehouse, or directly from our partner creators featured on our site:

        • The order will be shipped to the delivery address established by the client during the checkout procedure. 
        • After completing your order, you will receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours (business days).  
        • All our shipments are tracked by the French and Italian Postal Services and the Postal Service of your country. 
        • Once your package has left our offices, we are no longer responsible for it and cannot be held responsible for the loss or late delivery.
          In the case of a problem occurring however, we will be glad to help and do anything possible to resolve the issue.

        • Orders shipped to countries non-members of the European Union and DOM TOM, could be subjected custom duties and taxes. Art&Craft cannot be held responsible for these taxes.

        *The delivery times are given as an estimation, given the fact that they are managed by the Postal and customs services.
        **We ship orders to nearly 200 countries in every continent of the world, there are however a few geographical locations to which orders won't be able to be shipped. If you are in these specific locations, you will be notified accordingly during the check out procedure, and won't be able to complete your order.


        Return and Refund Policy

        Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

        To be eligible for a return:

        • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
        • Your item must also be in the original packaging.
        • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
        • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for reasons due to our error


        Items that will NOT be eligible for refunds : 

        • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
        • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


        Refunds (if applicable)
        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

        Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
        If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
        Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
        Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

        Sale items (if applicable)
        Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

        Exchanges (if applicable)
        We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for reasons due to our error. If the collection allows it, the item can be replaced by the same article. If you purchased an exclusive creation, you will be able to exchange your purchase with an item of the same value as the one that has been returned.

        • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
        • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
        • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
